Welcome to the website of the Monkland and District Coarse Angling Club - Scotlands number one match fishing group. 

MONKLANDS cater for all anglers who are serious about their match fishing, the club currently has several scottish internationals amongst it members, as well as a wealth of club/open match anglers. 

MONKLANDS have individuals and teams competing in the following:

• Scottish Federation of Coarse Anglers (SFCA) League
• SFCA National Championships
• SFCA Federation Cup
• Broom Individual League
• Angling Times Supercup

As well as the above the club also have individuals competing regularly on the open match scene.

MONKLANDS run a summer and winter league fixture list as well as the annual MONKLANDS Open and we welcome new members who like to match fish regularly.
